What is a Locum Architect?
Like locums in other professsions, a locum architect provides short term coverage
for an architect.Typically for sole proprietors or small firms, coverage can be provided for holidays or medical leave.
Services
Services are provided by a registered architect and currently available in
British Columbia, Canada.Locum services are typically:
• 2-6 weeks coverage
• Focussed on projects in construction phase (contract administration) and staff supervision
• Provided remotely, as a contractor
to your firm
• Billed as a fixed fee per week of coverage, plus hourly rates for work performedAdditional services, and in-person services can be discussed.
